My coaching style is hands-on and tailored to your specific environment:
- Strength & Conditioning: We use your home space to build real muscle. If you have weights, great. If not, we use bodyweight and resistance bands to create intensity.
- Cardio & Mobility: I incorporate agility drills and Power Yoga to ensure you aren't just bulky, but actually fit and flexible.
- Lifestyle Accountability: Diet is 70% of the game. I don't believe in fad diets, but I will be strict about your daily habits, sleep, and junk food consumption.
