This is what my at-home training looks like. Here, I'm guiding a client through a morning yoga session on their own rooftop. We work with your space to create a personalized fitness routine that fits your life.
Getting the form right is everything, especially with advanced poses like a headstand. I provide hands-on assistance to ensure you perform each movement safely and effectively, helping you build confidence and strength.
Strength training isn't just for bodybuilders. Here is a client performing single-arm dumbbell rows to build back strength and improve posture. I create custom strength plans that work for every fitness level.
I practice what I preach. My own fitness is built on the same principles of hard work and discipline that I bring to every client session. This is the result of consistency, not shortcuts.
I also train small groups. This was an outdoor power yoga session focused on improving flexibility and core strength through a complete Surya Namaskar flow. Training with others can be a great motivator.
My philosophy is simple: never skip your workout. Just like you don't forget to eat, you shouldn't forget to train. This video shows some of my own bodyweight training, including push-ups and pull-ups, which are foundational for building real strength.
Fitness should also be functional. I use tools like agility ladders and step platforms to improve coordination, speed, and cardiovascular health, making my clients feel more energetic in their daily lives.

- Accountability: This is the most important part. I track your habits. We check your sleep, your portion control, and your consistency. If you skip a workout, you answer to yourself, but I’ll make sure you stay on track.
