My strength sessions are built on a hybrid model, mixing 3 days of heavy lifting and conditioning with 2 days of cardio to keep your heart health in check, and 1 dedicated day for recovery yoga. This is how we build a body that isn't just for looks, but for life.

  • Recovery Phase: We don't skip the stretching. Power Yoga and deep holds are essential to keep your muscles from getting stiff.
