About Fitness Coaching for Medical Conditions
Chronic pain or a medical condition shouldn't stop you from moving. I’m Rajneesh, and for 20 years, I’ve been helping people who thought fitness wasn’t for them. PCOD, thyroid, joint pain, pregnancy recovery - these are common, but so is the fear of making things worse with the wrong workout.
What I Do: Practical & Safe Fitness
- No crash diets, no starving. My approach is about smart training, especially for those with medical conditions.
- Focus on form - I’ll show you the right way to move, so you avoid injury and actually get results.
- We tweak, adjust and correct small things in your movements. These choti-choti rectifications (little fixes) create big changes.
- Every plan is made for your posture, muscle strength, and joint health.
Who I Work With

- Joint pain? No need to skip workouts. Safe workouts for knee pain and simple stretches for back/neck relief are my speciality.
- Post pregnancy fitness coaching focuses on gentle yet effective core work.
