About Learn and Train with the Community
You don't need to own any equipment to start. At our workshops, we provide everything from lightweight 2kg Mugdars for beginners to the heavier Gadas. We keep the groups focused and small, so even if you have never touched an Indian club before, I can guide you through the basics of rotational movement and shoulder health at a pace that works for you.
Why join our workshops?
Fitness is often done in isolation, but there is real power in learning together. Our workshops are designed to be a bridge—for people who have heard about Indian warrior workouts but haven't had a safe space to try them. I break down the complexity of these ancient movements so they are easy to understand and safe for your joints.
What we cover
- Basics of Rotation: We start with how to hold the Mugdar. Many people with desk jobs have lost the ability to rotate their shoulders freely; we use these clubs as 'rotation breakers' to fix that.
- Safe Progression: We move from lighter clubs to heavier ones only when your form is solid. Safety is non-negotiable.
- Flow & Choreography: Once you master the basic swings, we connect them into flows. It is not just strength; it is coordination.
- Community Learning: You will be training alongside people with similar goals—whether they are IT professionals fixing posture or athletes looking for functional variety.
Who is this for?
This is for anyone. If you are 8 or 80, if you are a complete beginner, or if you are already lifting weights but missing that rotational component. We modify the intensity based on where you are today. You just need to show up ready to move. We handle the rest, including providing the equipment for the duration of the workshop.
