The kettlebell snatch is a powerful full-body movement. I teach proper form to build explosive strength and conditioning, which is great for fat loss and athletic performance.
Balance and single-leg strength are key to overall fitness. Here I am doing a pistol squat on a medicine ball, a challenging exercise that improves stability and leg power.
The flying pushup is an advanced calisthenics move that builds explosive chest and shoulder power. It's a great way to push your limits.
Working on my calisthenics pushups. This variation requires more control and stability than a standard pushup, engaging the core and shoulders differently.
A pushup variation that focuses on wrist mobility and strength. Bodyweight training offers endless ways to challenge yourself.
Practicing some Animal Flow movements. This is a ground-based workout style that improves mobility, flexibility, and coordination all at once.

I don't give out cookie-cutter routines. My training focuses on movements you will actually use, blending traditional weights with bodyweight flows to build strength that stays with you.
Fitness is not about how much weight you can lift once in a gym, it is about how well your body moves when you are actually out in the world. After 23 years in this game, I have moved past just chasing personal records. I work with people who want to feel capable again, whether you are an IT professional dealing with tech-neck or someone looking to regain mobility after a long hiatus.
My approach is hybrid. I use the kettlebell snatch for explosive power, but I also use Animal Flow to get you comfortable moving on the floor. If your shoulders are locked up from sitting, we do not just stretch, we fix it with Mugdar and Indian club rotations. It is functional, it is grounded, and it is specific to your goals.
