- Manual Therapy: Before we swing, we assess. I use assisted stretching and manual release to break up stiffness patterns. We work slow and steady. If you have had an injury, we do not rush the recovery.
- Customized Roadmaps: I do not believe in copy-paste workout plans. We focus on low-impact movements using resistance bands and wall drills until you are ready for more.
