Rehab, Mobility, and Movement Therapy
If you are dealing with frozen shoulder, scapula lock, or general stiffness from long work hours, I use a mix of gentle mobility and ancient warrior tools to help you move without pain.
A look at some of the specific mobility and rehab exercises I use for clients with frozen shoulder and scapula lock. We focus on gentle, controlled movements to restore range of motion.
This client was suffering from a scapula lock and frozen shoulder. After three months of targeted rehab and mobility work, she is now strong enough to do hanging leg raises.
My client Pallavi talks about how adding Mugdar and club training to her routine helped improve her shoulder flexibility and reduce pain after just two months.
Listen to my client Jaydeep share his experience. He's a working professional who found that Mugdar training helped him recover from a painful nerve cramp caused by long hours at a laptop.
About Move Better, Feel Better
If you are stuck at a desk, your shoulders are usually the first to lock up. I do not believe in forcing heavy weights when you are in pain. Instead, I use slow, controlled Mugdar rotations and specific wall drills to physically unlock your scapula. It is not about hitting numbers on a bar; it is about restoring your range of motion so you can finally move without that sharp, constant ache.
Fixing the Desk-Job Stiffness
Most people I work with in Bangalore come to me because they are exhausted by the physical toll of a desk job. They have tech-neck, rounded shoulders, and a constant, nagging pain in the upper back. This is not about getting big muscles; it is about functional health.
My Approach to Rehab
I use a unique blend of modern movement science and traditional Indian warrior tools.
- Mugdar and Gada Training: These are not just for show. They are incredible tools for rotational therapy. Unlike rigid gym machines, swinging a club requires your stabilizer muscles to fire, which naturally loosens a frozen shoulder or a locked scapula.
- Manual Therapy: Before we swing, we assess. I use assisted stretching and manual release to break up stiffness patterns. We work slow and steady. If you have had an injury, we do not rush the recovery.
- Customized Roadmaps: I do not believe in copy-paste workout plans. We focus on low-impact movements using resistance bands and wall drills until you are ready for more.
Why It Works
It is simple. When you restore the rotation in your shoulder, the pain often fades away because the joint is finally getting the blood flow and movement it has been missing for years. Whether you are a young athlete or a senior, my goal is to get you back to living your life without restrictions. We keep it real, we keep it consistent, and we fix the issue at the root.
