Movement isn't just about lifting iron. From traditional Mugdar techniques to modern injury rehab, I train you to move the way you were meant to.

This is the Gada, or mace. Training with it builds incredible shoulder strength and core stability. It's a full-body workout that connects you to an ancient form of Indian warrior training.

Listen to my client Jaydeep share his experience. He's a working professional who found that Mugdar training helped him recover from a painful nerve cramp caused by long hours at a laptop.

The kettlebell snatch is a powerful full-body movement. I teach proper form to build explosive strength and conditioning, which is great for fat loss and athletic performance.

This is my 14-year-old client, Tarun. His transformation shows what dedication and the right training plan can do. I'm incredibly proud of his hard work and results.

My morning batch power team after a great outdoor session. I love taking workouts outside to mix things up and build a strong community spirit.

Balance and single-leg strength are key to overall fitness. Here I am doing a pistol squat on a medicine ball, a challenging exercise that improves stability and leg power.

Here we are performing a traditional Indian club routine as an offering during our apartment's Onam celebrations. It was an honor to share this part of my culture and fitness practice with the community.

Age is just a number. This is my 73-year-old client, a professional runner, doing his strength and conditioning work. I create customized plans to help senior clients stay strong, mobile, and active.

About Featured

If you spend all day at a laptop, your shoulders are likely paying the price. I use Mugdar and Gada training to fix that specific 'tech-neck' stiffness. It is not about vanity muscles; it is about rotating your joints properly so you can actually move without pain.

When I say warrior training, I do not mean just pushing heavy weights. I mean rediscovering the movement patterns that our ancestors used daily.

My approach is built on 23 years of experience. I started as a state-level lifting champion, but today, my focus has shifted to functional strength. Whether it is Mugdar (Indian clubs) or Gada (mace), these aren't just aesthetic tools. They are phenomenal for desk professionals.

I have seen clients like Jaydeep—who was dealing with painful nerve cramps from long hours at a laptop—get immediate relief simply by integrating rotational Mugdar movements into his routine. It isn't magic; it is just re-training the body to move through its natural range of motion.

I work with everyone, from young athletes like 14-year-old Tarun, who I have watched transform his physique through dedication, to my 73-year-old client who is still a pro runner. My job is to meet you where you are. We do not do copy-paste plans here. If you have an injury, we focus on safe, slow rehab until you are ready for more. If you want to build strength, we mix traditional weights with bodyweight flows.

We are based in Bangalore, training in parks, apartments, and partner gyms. If you are ready to stop just 'working out' and start truly training for life, let us talk.

I'm a Thrissurkaran living in Bangalore, and for me, fitness is about culture and movement, not just counting reps. I blend ancient warrior workouts like Mugdar with modern functional strength to fix your posture and get you mobile again.
