Whether you are a corporate professional sitting for ten hours a day or a young athlete chasing a competitive edge, my training focuses on one goal: performance. I have spent 23 years refining how to bridge the gap between ancient Indian training and modern functional fitness.

Many of my clients come to me with tech-neck, frozen shoulders, or simple muscle stiffness. For these issues, I do not give generic heavy lifting routines. We start with mobility work and Mugdar or Gada practice. These traditional tools are excellent for rotational strength and shoulder health, something standard gym equipment often misses.
