About Throwback Tunes: Retro Sessions
Think of these classes as a cardio-filled time machine. We take the iconic hook steps of the golden Bollywood era, but don't get it twisted—the intensity is strictly modern HIIT. We keep the music vintage, but you will definitely be sweating like it is a high-tempo gym session.
I started these retro sessions because I noticed people often quit their workouts when the music feels like a chore. There is something about a classic Shammi Kapoor track or a golden oldie that just makes you want to move. In this class, we bridge that gap.
What to Expect
Each session is a 60-minute journey. We start with a gentle warm-up to classic melodies, then crank up the intensity for our main HIIT-style cardio block using Bollywood hook steps, and finally wind down with a deep stretch. It is a full-body workout, but because you are busy singing along to the lyrics, you barely notice the burn.
Where I Teach
I host these sessions across several studios in the Delhi/NCR region, including locations in Dwarka, Rohini, and Pitampura. Whether you are a regular at Anytime Fitness or looking for a new studio space, my goal remains the same: to get you moving, grooving, and having a great time.
