The Dhamaal Mix
My sessions blend Bollywood dance workout, Bhangra fitness session, and freestyle moves for a proper cardio blast. Tracks range from latest Bollywood hits to 90s nostalgia, plus Punjabi beats and cool mashups. The playlist is always fire.
Who Joins Us?
Everyone’s invited. Doesn’t matter if you’ve danced before or you think you have two left feet. We have working folks, homemakers, students - all kinds. Judgment-free zone, promise.

My Story
Hey, I’m Rahul. Dancing, for me, is the shortcut to happiness. You’ll catch me either teaching Zumba, travelling with my Tiranga, sipping chai with my bhai-behen (brother-sister), or planting trees on my birthday instead of throwing a party. I’m all about good vibes, family, and finding balance – a trip to Mahakal temple in Ujjain just grounds me. ‘Jab apka muqabla khud se hi ho’ (when your only competition is yourself) – that’s my mantra. Jai guru ji, Jai mahakal!
