At my core, I’m all about keeping the energy high and the judgment low. My sessions aren't just about calorie counts; they're a stress-buster party where we mix official ZIN routines with hook steps from your favorite Bollywood and Bhangra tracks. I run sessions at locations like Anytime Fitness across Dwarka, Karol Bagh, and Rajouri Garden, plus Vault by Virat Kohli in Rohini.
If you're a beginner or just want a change of pace, these group classes are designed to be accessible. We don't do boring, repetitive sets. Instead, we cycle through genres—some days it's Latin, some days it's golden oldies, and other days it's pure Punjabi energy. For those who want more focused guidance, I also offer 1-on-1 personal training, which is perfect if you’re dealing with an injury or have specific form goals that need extra attention.
Just a heads-up: I keep it real. Some days, honestly, even I feel tired. But the point is to show up for yourself. Whether you’re joining a virtual batch or heading to the studio for a drop-in session, come ready to move and maybe laugh a little at yourself along the way.
