About Zumba Essentials: The Core Workout

You aren't just burning calories; you’re here to reset. My sessions follow a specific flow: we start with a warm-up, dive into high-energy routines mixing official ZIN choreography with Bollywood and Bhangra hooks, and end with a proper cool-down stretch. Even if you think you have two left feet, you’ll fit right in because the only rule here is to let loose and vibe with the music.

My Zumba Essentials are designed to keep the energy peaking without feeling like a chore. Whether you join me at a studio in West Delhi or opt for an online session, the structure is the same: you get a blend of Latin beats and the songs you actually listen to, from old-school retro to the latest chartbusters.

Where We Dance

I conduct group classes across various fitness hubs, including multiple Anytime Fitness branches in Dwarka and Karol Bagh, Vault by Virat Kohli in Rohini, and The Gym in Pitampura. If you prefer to stay home, my virtual batches via Zoom ensure you don't miss out on the rhythm even if you're stuck in traffic or working late.

What to Expect

Each 45 to 60-minute session is a HIIT-style cardio experience. We don't just dance; we focus on core engagement and endurance.

  • Official Routines: I use ZIN-certified tracks mixed with simplified Bollywood steps so everyone can follow along.
  • Inclusive Atmosphere: Whether you are a fitness pro or just starting out, there is no judging. We have large group batches (15-30 people) that create a collective energy which is honestly infectious.
  • Recovery: We never skip the cool-down. I include guided stretching at the end of every class to help with muscle recovery and flexibility.
