About Bhangra & Punjabi Beats
Forget counting reps until you are bored. In these sessions, we focus on the rhythm of the dhol and the high-energy flow of Punjabi pop. Whether you are trying to catch the beat of a Diljit track or just letting your stress out, the focus is on moving, sweating, and laughing rather than nailing perfect choreography.
Think of this as your mid-week serotonin boost. My Bhangra and Punjabi beat sessions combine traditional folk steps with high-intensity interval training. You get the heart-pumping benefits of a solid cardio workout, but because the playlist is pure fire—from old-school Sukhbir to the latest chartbusters—you honestly forget you are working out.
We usually start with a gentle warm-up to loosen up those shoulders before hitting the main routine. I keep the choreography simple enough that anyone can jump in, regardless of whether you have two left feet or rhythm in your soul. Since I teach across various spots like Anytime Fitness in Dwarka and Rajouri Garden, as well as Vault in Rohini, you can easily find a studio nearby.
Some days the steps feel fast, and some days you might feel breathless. That is the point. I am right there with you, sweating through the same tracks, ensuring we keep the energy levels high until the final stretch. Come ready to move, because we don't do boring here.
