We keep our group sessions small (8-12 people) because I need to see your form, not just your back. If you are aiming for fat loss, our morning HIIT slots are designed to spike your metabolism, while our evening yoga sessions are focused on recovery and stress release. Pick a slot, show up, and let’s put in the work.

How Our Schedule Works

Fitness at our studio isn't just about punching a clock. We operate on a micro-batch system to ensure everyone gets proper attention. Whether you are a beginner or looking to advance your training, our schedule is designed to balance intensity with recovery.

Morning vs. Evening Batches

  • Morning (7 AM - 10 AM): These slots are high-energy. If you need to kickstart your day, we focus on HIIT, CrossFit, and functional strength. Expect burpees, kettlebells, and agility drills.
  • Evening (7 PM - 8 PM): Perfect for shedding the day's stress. We often mix in yoga, pranayama, or lower-intensity circuit training to help you wind down without losing the burn.

Why Micro-Batches Matter

In a crowded gym, you are just a number. Here, with a maximum of 12 people per class, I will notice if your squat depth is off or if your plank form is slipping. I use a mix of Hindi and English to call out form corrections in real time. If you slack, you hear about it. If you hit a personal best, we celebrate it.

Joining a Session

We run 20-session monthly packs, which helps keep everyone consistent. Since our schedule changes slightly every month to keep the body guessing, checking this page is the best way to see if we are doing Hatha Yoga or Circuit Training on a specific Wednesday.
