High-Energy Group Training (HIIT & Circuit)
This is where we turn up the heat. My HIIT and Circuit Training classes are designed to maximize calorie burn, boost your metabolism, and build cardiovascular endurance in short, intense bursts. Expect a fast-paced, dynamic workout using everything from bodyweight exercises to kettlebells and agility drills.
Build Real Strength: Weight Training for All
Strength is the foundation of a healthy body. My weight training sessions are for everyone, especially women who have been told lifting isn't for them. We focus on proper form to build functional muscle, increase bone density, and sculpt a toned physique, using barbells, dumbbells, and bodyweight.
More Than a Gym: Boxing, Dance & Agility
Fitness should be fun and make you want to come back for more. We mix things up with high-energy boxing, agility drills to improve your speed and coordination, and dance fitness classes like BollyFitX and Zumba. It’s all about moving your body in ways you enjoy.
Yoga & Mindful Movement
I believe in balancing intense training with recovery and mindfulness. Our yoga classes, including Hatha and Ashtanga, are designed to improve flexibility, reduce stress, and build a deeper connection between your mind and body. We also offer dedicated meditation and pranayama sessions.
Targeted Training: Core, Glutes & TRX
Want to build a strong core, sculpted glutes, or master your bodyweight? This is the section for you. We use specific exercises and specialized equipment like TRX, battle ropes, and weights to target and strengthen key muscle groups for a powerful and balanced physique.
