I built Fitness Wired because I realized that the corporate grind creates more than just career success. It creates back pain, stress, and a disconnection from your own body. Whether you are coming to my studio at Conscient One in Gurugram or joining me for a HIIT session, we are here to work on more than just muscles.
My programs are not about fancy diets or quick fixes that leave you burnt out after a week. We focus on functional strength and movement patterns that you can actually use in real life. If you have been doing crunches for months with no results, it is likely because your form or your routine is off. In my sessions, you will hear me calling out, 'Ashmita, hip uthao' or correcting your posture during a deadlift. We fix the movement, we fix the habit, and then the results follow.
