About Strength in Numbers: Group Classes
Our group sessions run from 7:00 to 8:00 AM on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. You will not find cookie-cutter routines here; expect a mix of battle ropes, sled pushes, kettlebells, and bodyweight movements designed to make you strong, not just tired. It is raw, intense, and, most importantly, you have a squad beside you to push through the last rep.

Most people quit because they are alone. At FitDeck, we built our strength and conditioning classes to solve exactly that. You show up, you see the same faces grinding, and suddenly, you are not just working out; you are part of a family. Whether you are lifting your first weight or you are an athlete looking to hit a new personal best, the energy in the room ensures you show up, even on days you do not feel like it.
The Workout
We focus on functional strength. That means exercises that translate to real life. We move heavy weights with perfect form, but we also focus on agility, mobility, and core stability.
- Strength & Conditioning: Expect compound movements like deadlifts, squats, and overhead presses.
- Functional Training: We incorporate turf drills, sled pushes, and box jumps to improve your athletic performance.
- Support System: Our trainers are always on the floor, correcting your form and making sure you are safe while you push your limits.

This is a Jayanagar-based community. We have created a space where you do not need to worry about being judged. You will walk in, hit your reps, get a solid steam session in for recovery, and walk out feeling like you actually accomplished something.
