Taekwondo Belt Promotions and Gradings

Belt promotions at Fit and Fight are designed to be milestones, not just ceremonies. We treat every grading session as an official event where students demonstrate their mastery of stances, blocks, and forms (Poomsae) in front of senior instructors and sometimes guest examiners.

We understand that performing in front of others can be nerve-wracking, especially for younger kids. That is why our pre-exam training is focused on building confidence. We ensure every student knows their syllabus inside out, from basic line work to the complex, controlled movements required for their specific rank.
