About Competition & Posing Coaching
I coach women who want to step on stage—without shortcuts or gimmicks. As an ICN India Bikini Overall Champion and a WNBF natural athlete, I've lived the highs and lows of competition. Log sochte hain 'body kabtak banegi?' (People ask, "When will I get there?") My thing is: slow, smart, sustainable. No crash diets, no crazy promises.
How I Coach
- Start to finish: I’m with you from the day you decide to compete till the stage lights go off.
- Holistic prep: Training, nutrition, setbacks—sab kuch (everything). I coach corporate pros, moms, travelers—real women with packed schedules.
- The cutting phase is steady, not aggressive. If life gets too much, we pause and adjust. Health is the priority.
Posing: Where You Win or Lose
- We'll nail the basics: posture, flex, and confidence.
- Your posing routine will show off your best angles. I’ll teach you glute/hamstring engagement tricks and that game-changing pelvic tilt.
- Online posing sessions for everyone, in-person if you’re in Delhi.
Off-Season Focus
After the stage, we enter improvement mode. Gaining back weight and building muscle can feel weird, but that's where real progress happens. I’ll guide you through it, physically and mentally.

My Story
Been lifting for over 10 years, and trust me, strong is way more than just muscles now. Shaadi ke baad gym ka shauk khatam ho jaata hai? (People say gym hobbies end after marriage?) Nah, my husband and I still train hard – even did push-ups at our wedding! Had a baby recently, trained through my pregnancy (doctor said it’s fine), and now I’m all about healing, not chasing numbers. Progress, not perfection, every damn time.
