People often ask if you need magic supplements or crazy crash diets to step on stage. You don't. My transformation was 10 months of consistent training, precise macro tracking, and managing hormonal health. If you are planning to compete, understand that the stage is just the final 5 minutes of a year of hard work. I do not believe in shortcuts, and I do not believe in quick fixes.
