People think being an athlete means living in the gym 24/7. My reality? It is cafe hopping to work, navigating postpartum recovery, and flexing at weddings. Here is how I actually balance a competitive fitness career with everyday life.

A look at my postpartum journey two weeks after giving birth. My focus is on healing, nourishing food, and gentle recovery. It's a reminder that fitness is a lifelong journey with different phases.

My ideal weekend: finding a nice aesthetic cafe to get some work done, fueled by good coffee. Here I am at Okiru Cafe, planning client programs.

Another work session from a cafe. As an online coach, I have the flexibility to work from anywhere, blending my passion with my lifestyle.

A gym selfie from my muscle-gaining phase. Embracing the "fluff" and extra curves is a necessary part of building a stronger physique for the next competition season.

Another progress shot from my building phase. I'm focused on adding quality muscle mass to my frame.

Posing in the gym mirror during my off-season. It's important to stay connected to your body and appreciate it in all its phases, not just when you're lean.

Rocking a yellow top and blue pants in the gym. Feeling strong and confident during my gaining phase.

A side pose showing the curves built during the off-season. This phase is all about fueling my body for growth.

A gym selfie in a long-sleeve crop top and leggings. Documenting the journey, one workout at a time.

Who says you can't flex at a wedding? Showing off my back and bicep gains in a traditional Indian outfit. Strong is always in style.

About Behind the Scenes: My Life & Lifestyle

You won’t see me living in a calorie deficit all year round. My days are a mix of writing client programs from my laptop at cafes, focusing on gentle rehabilitation after my pregnancy, and ensuring I get my training in even during hectic family events. Fitness is not about finding extra time to be perfect; it is about making training fit into your actual life, whether you are a new mom or working a 9-to-5 job.
