What Drives Me
Log kehte hain, 'You can't do it.' Main bolta hoon, 'Dekho, kaise hota hai.' (People say you can't do it. I say, watch how it's done.) I've lived the pain and the discipline it takes to build a competition-ready body. My own journey includes Mr. India and Mr. Delhi stage fights. So, I know the difference between just being fit and being truly ready for the lights and judges.

- Full contest prep coaching - I’ll be with you every step, from day one to show day. Training isn't just about lifting; it's about the grind, the sweat, and pushing your limits beyond what you thought was possible.
- Diet is brutal. 'Dry face, tired eyes' - I get it. We’ll lock down a nutrition plan that gets you that shredded stage-ready physique.
- Posing practice for competitions - I’ll correct every pose till you own the stage. I’ve been there, I know what works.
- Peak week bodybuilding - The last seven days make or break everything. I’ll guide you through water, supplements, and those tiny tweaks that count.
