Master Your Bikini Posing for ICN and WNBF
Physique is half the battle, but posing is where you win. Let's work on your transitions, posture, and stage presence so you can showcase your hard work with confidence.
Nailing the back pose is crucial. This tutorial breaks down the key cues for flexing your glutes and hamstrings, including proper foot stance, pelvic tilt, and maintaining a proud chest to create that perfect tie-in.
Are you making this common back flex mistake? Squeezing your shoulder blades together actually makes your back look smaller. I demonstrate how to spread your lats wide to create a powerful V-taper and an aesthetic X-frame.

About Perfecting Your Posing
When you are on stage, squeezing your shoulder blades together is actually a mistake because it makes your back look smaller. Instead, I show you how to spread your lats wide to create that powerful X-frame. It is these small, technical adjustments that change how judges see your symmetry and muscle definition.
More Than Just Standing Still
Posing is the final presentation of your months of hard work. If your conditioning is on point but your posing is off, you lose points. I have been on that stage as an ICN and WNBF athlete, so I know the nerves and the technical doubts that creep in when the lights hit you.
My Technical Approach
We do not use cookie-cutter routines. Your body is unique, so we adjust your angles to fit your anatomy. My sessions cover:
- Glute-Ham Tie-ins: We work on your pelvic tilt to ensure your glutes pop and you achieve that sculpted look judges want to see.
- Lat Engagement: We fix the 'shoulder squeeze' mistake and focus on spreading your lats to create the illusion of a smaller waist and wider back.
- Transitions: A T-walk or I-walk needs to be smooth. I teach you how to move from one pose to the next without looking rushed or robotic.
Online or In-Person
I offer 1-on-1 technical sessions, typically lasting 60 to 90 minutes. We can do this over a video call if you are not in Delhi, or in-person if you are. Whether you are a first-timer or stepping back on stage for another show, I make sure you know exactly what to do with your hands, feet, and eyes.
The Mental Game
Nervousness is normal. The goal of our practice is muscle memory. We repeat these movements until they feel natural, so when you are standing in front of the judges, you are not thinking about your feet—you are just focusing on confidence and grace.
