Introducing my mentee, Akarshika. When she first came to me, she was already lean but we decided to take a strategic pause from fat loss to build a stronger foundation for her competition goals.

Here I am with my online client Preeti during an in-person posing session. After six months of remote coaching, it was amazing to see her progress and help her fine-tune her stage presence.
