I get asked all the time, "Body kab banegi?" (When will my body be built?) Let me be honest - I don’t do shortcuts or magic fixes. I’m all about slow, steady results that last. If someone’s selling you detoxes or fancy words, just run. Real transformation needs solid basics - smart workouts, balanced food, stress control, and good sleep. I want you to actually enjoy the process, not dread it.

My online coaching is a full package for women. It’s not just gym routines or a diet chart. I help you shift your mindset, your health, and your body for good. My goal? You learn how to get results and actually keep them, not just for a few months.

Strength Training - Your Superpower

We’ll use strength training as our main tool, whether you want to lose fat or gain muscle. I focus on progressive overload - basically, making sure you get stronger every week, not just sweaty. Sometimes it’s heavier weights, sometimes it’s better form, sometimes it’s just more reps. The routine’s simple, like a 4-day upper/lower split. No endless hours in the gym.

Eating Without Guilt

I don’t believe in crazy diets. You’ll learn how to fit parathas, idli sambar, whatever you love, into a sustainable high-protein meal planning routine. I’ll show you how to read nutrition labels and plan meals so you actually stay on track, not just for a week.

My Story

Been lifting for over 10 years, and trust me, strong is way more than just muscles now. Shaadi ke baad gym ka shauk khatam ho jaata hai? (People say gym hobbies end after marriage?) Nah, my husband and I still train hard – even did push-ups at our wedding! Had a baby recently, trained through my pregnancy (doctor said it’s fine), and now I’m all about healing, not chasing numbers. Progress, not perfection, every damn time.
