- Post-Workout Posing: 10-15 minutes dedicated to holding mandatory poses while fatigued to build stage stamina.

Why I Prep Like a Champ
Bodybuilding isn’t just another gym routine for me - it’s how I live. I’ve stood on that stage, under the harsh lights, feeling every heartbeat. I know the pressure, and I know what it takes to win. For women especially, I want to break the old-school thinking - yahan ladkiyan bhi muscle bana sakti hain (Here, girls can build muscle too). Strong is beautiful, and I’m proof.
My Experience
I’m not teaching from books. I’ve won PSL Miss India 2022, Sheru Classic, BBSA MR & MS Universe (1st place), Naresh Surya Classic, and Jerai Bikini Diva. I’m a certified trainer and nutritionist, but more importantly, I’ve been through the grind myself.
The Process
- Training: Fully personalized, focusing on building muscle, symmetry, and the exact conditioning you need for stage.
- Stage posing techniques: I coach mandatory poses, transitions, and help you craft a routine that shows off your strengths.
- Contest prep meal plans: Nutrition is tough. I make custom meal and supplement plans, and yes, I’ll call you out if you slip.
- Mental toughness for athletes: Mood swings, self-doubt, I get it. We work together to build a mindset that can handle the heat.
Who I Train
Mostly, I want more women to hit the stage, but I train anyone—men or women—who are hungry to compete and ready to go all in.
Reality Check
This prep isn’t for everyone. It’s demanding and needs full commitment. I expect respect for me and the process. Jaise main kehti hoon - trainers bimaar hone se pehle bacha lete hain (Like I say, trainers save you before you fall sick).
