Why I Coach
I know what it feels like to want change but not know where to start. Having dropped from 90kg to 65kg myself, I’m not here to just hand out workouts - I’m here to help you figure out how to actually make fitness and strength a normal part of your life, with all its ups and downs.
My Approach
- Discipline comes first, because motivation is a moody friend.
- No magic diets or shortcuts. We go for sustainable weight loss, especially if you’re a busy professional or juggling home life.
- I teach you the science behind moves and meals, so you’re not just following blindly.
What You Get
- Strength training plans that work at home or gym (haan, even if you’ve just got dumbbells). We use progressive overload training at home, so you actually get stronger.
- I’ll show you the right form and posture, because
chot lag gayi toh sab bekaar(if you get injured, it’s all pointless). - Nutrition that fits Indian families. Ghar ka khana (home food) is not banned - we find balance, not restriction. PCOS-friendly strength coaching is also an option if you need it.
- Mindset coaching for fitness consistency, so you don’t quit when life gets hectic.
