About Group MMA & Combat Conditioning
In our group sessions, you aren't lifting light dumbbells while staring at a mirror. You are flipping 100kg tractor tires, swinging sledgehammers, and running partner drills that push your limits. We train for real-world stamina, coordination, and fight readiness, not just for show. Whether you are an absolute beginner or looking to prep for a fight, you train with the same intensity as our professional athletes.
Training Like a Fighter
We don't believe in machines that isolate muscle groups. We believe in movement that challenges the entire body. Our group classes are designed to be high-intensity and high-reward. When you step onto our EVA foam puzzle mats, you are here to work.
We blend traditional martial arts—like Muay Thai, Boxing, and BJJ—with functional strength and conditioning. You will find yourself moving from shadow boxing rounds straight into burpees, then onto the heavy bags. It is about building a gas tank that doesn't quit.
The Facility: Your Proving Ground
We have built a space that allows you to train for real situations. We have a dedicated MMA Octagon for sparring, 6ft professional heavy bags, and raw conditioning equipment like jute climbing ropes and Mughdar (Indian clubs). If you are looking to get into the 'Fighter's Batch,' we use these sessions to test your discipline. If you can handle the group grind, you can handle the ring.
