Wrestling & BJJ: The Ground Game
We offer expert coaching in wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) to master the art of grappling. Learn takedowns, control, and submissions in our dedicated ground game classes for all skill levels.
Training the Indian Army
We are the official training partner for the Indian Army for all combat sports. It is our honor to provide elite BJJ, Kickboxing, and MMA training to our nation's soldiers through our 'Guns to Gloves' program.
Recovery: The Fighter's Secret
Training hard is only half the battle; smart recovery is the other half. We use techniques like ice baths (cold water immersion) to reduce muscle soreness, decrease inflammation, and speed up recovery so you can train harder tomorrow.
