About Our Training Ground: The Facility
We run a warehouse-style facility with industrial fans. It gets hot, it gets loud, and it gets the job done. You will find a 20ft octagon, heavy bags that take a beating, and a dedicated strength area with tires and ropes. If you are looking for a climate-controlled spa, this isn't it. If you are looking to grind, you are home.
The Setup
Real MMA training needs a cage. We have a 16-20ft professional-grade octagon. It is where you learn that sparring is not theory, it is practice. The floor is lined with EVA foam mats, providing the grip you need for takedowns and the safety you need for ground work.
Striking and Strength
Our heavy bag zone is equipped with various bags for boxing, Muay Thai, and kickboxing. We did not build this for show, we built it for volume. Whether you are working on your jab or your roundhouse, the equipment here is designed to take your power.
Conditioning
We do not just lift dumbbells. We have tractor tires, battle ropes, and climbing ropes. It is old-school, functional resilience training. You are going to flip tires, you are going to climb, and you are going to sweat. This is how we build the endurance required to survive five rounds of combat.
The Environment
We keep it simple: warehouse-style with industrial ventilation. There are no mirrors here to admire yourself, only mirrors to check your form. This is an open space designed for movement, intensity, and discipline. Whether you are prepping for a state-level championship or just fixing your fitness, this facility is designed to keep your head in the game.
