You don't walk into a state championship fight without knowing how to cut weight properly and handle the cage pressure. At Team FC Club, we simulate that intensity daily. If you want to compete, you need to understand that the wins you see in these photos are the result of 100% effort in every sparring session. The Path to the Podium
Many walk into the gym looking for fitness, but some stay because they want to fight. Our competition program is not for the faint of heart. We focus on MMA, Wushu, and Kickboxing, but the technical skill is only half the battle.

- Real Sparring: You can't learn to fight without getting hit. We spar regularly in our 20ft octagon so that when you step into the real ring, it feels like another day at the gym.
- Conditioning: Our Army-style drills (tire flips, rope climbs, battle ropes) build the kind of endurance that keeps you going when your opponent is gassed out in the third round.
- Mental Toughness: Combat sports is 80% mental. We push you to your breaking point so that you learn how to recover and keep moving forward.

Whether you are aiming for a Wushu Sanda tournament or an MMA fight night, we cover the full spectrum:
- Striking: Professional Boxing, Muay Thai (Knees/Elbows), and Kickboxing for power and precision.
- Grappling: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi/No-Gi) and Wrestling takedowns for control on the ground.
- MMA: The complete system, teaching you to bridge the gap between striking and grappling seamlessly.
We provide diet plans, weight-cutting guidance, and cornering support. When you compete under the Team FC Club banner, you are never alone. You fight as part of a squad, and we celebrate those wins together.
