Our group fitness classes are not about doing random moves for one hour. Yeh pura original Trinity style hai - pure effort, team spirit, and pushing each other’s limits. Once you join, you’re not just a member, you’re part of the Trinitian gang.
Choose Your Challenge
We mix things up, but core styles are always in rotation:
- HIIT group workout for those who want fat loss or speed. High-intensity, hardcore, and result-oriented.
- Cardio & Aerobics sessions are full of energy. We use floor exercises, time challenges, and keep things dynamic so you never get bored.
- Dance-based group exercise, like Zumba, for mood boost. Man ho udaas, toh aa jao dance ke paas (Feeling low? Just come and dance).
Class Vibe - Real Talk
Kasht hoga, dard hoga (There will be hardship and pain). You’ll sweat, you’ll want to quit, but energy here is next level. Nobody gets left behind. We use everything from tires to kettlebells - just bring your spirit.
Who Can Join?
Mixed gender fitness sessions, open for all. Doesn’t matter if you’re new or experienced. If you’re ready to fight, ready to burn, then aaja bhai. Jalana padega apne aap ko (You’ll have to push yourself).

My Story
Log gym ko taakat ka ghar samajhte hain, par asli taakat toh andar se aati hai. Trinity pe, hum sirf unhe chahte hain jinke paas ladne ka jazba hai. Yahan koi shortcut nahi, sirf kasht. Discipline se jeena hai, motivation se nahi. Gita bhi kehti hai, sab kuch badalta hai. Bas, apni body ko priority do. Jab duniya kamzor samjhe, toh apni taakat dikhana zaroori hai. Trinity mein aao, apni asli power pao.
