About Kickboxing & Combat Drills
You won't find air-conditioned treadmills here. Our sessions are loud, sweaty, and focused on pure combat utility. We combine 60 minutes of high-intensity HIIT warmups, technical Muay Thai striking, and circuit strength training using tractor tires and sledgehammers. This is about building the fighter's mindset, not just burning calories. We expect you to show up, leave your ego at the door, and put in the work on the heavy bags.
Our training methodology is simple: discipline equals results. Operating out of our raw, functional studio in Sector 50, Noida, we focus on the technical breakdown of movements rather than repetitive, boring cardio. Every session is designed to keep your body guessing and your mind sharp.
