Why I Do This
Motherhood is a huge shift - I get it, because I work with moms every day. I’m not here to sell magic diets or one-size-fits-all plans. My thing is simple: I help you and your child eat better, feel better, and grow together, whether you’re just planning for a baby or already chasing after a toddler.

- Pre-conception: If you’re trying for a baby, I help you prep your body with everyday foods that boost your nutrition. Think makhana, masar dal, and nuts (yes, Dadi ke nuskhe actually work sometimes).
- Post-pregnancy: Healing and energy matter more than quick fixes. My post-pregnancy weight loss diet is focused on real food, never crash diets, and keeps your milk supply safe if you’re breastfeeding.
- Kids: Picky eaters are my jam - I have worked out child picky eater solutions that actually work for desi homes, like making food look fun and using small plates. No pressure, no weird supplements.
- We eat regular chapattis, sabzi, and dal. You’ll never have to starve or cook “diet food” for everyone.
