I don't believe in fasting or crazy feasting. For me, it's all about 'Dil ki Suno' (listen to your heart) and building something you can actually stick to, especially in India jahan tyohaar kabhi khatam nahi hote (where festivals never end). I want you to enjoy food, not fight with it.

How I Work

  • No extreme diets or quick fixes. I focus on balanced Indian meal plans using home food, with proteins, good fats, and carbs - nothing is banned.
  • Exercise has to feel good. Whether it's a walk, some dancing, or swimming, as long as you're moving.
  • Sleep matters. 7-9 hours, warna hormones hil jayenge (otherwise your hormones will go haywire).
  • Stress management is a must. We'll set goals that fit real life, not just Insta posts.

My Story

Namaste, I’m Seema Singh. Nutrition is my passion, but I’m not just about diets and calories. PagalPanti Bhi Jaroori Haiii! Festivals, travel, Holi colours, and my Mahakumbh trip - all add spice to my life. My daughter and Coco (my Havanese dog) keep me grounded and smiling.
