Why I Do This

I’m a dietitian and also a mom. My own weight loss journey (from 73 to 58 kilos after having my daughter) was full of ups and downs, so I get how tough it can be. I don’t believe in starving or quick fixes. What I do is help you build sustainable healthy eating habits that actually fit your life.

How My Coaching Works

  • Every plan is made just for you. I look at your routine, health conditions, and what you like to eat.
  • We’ll stick to simple, home-cooked weight loss meals so you’re not stuck with complicated recipes.
  • Cheat meals are part of the deal - discipline is important but so is enjoying food.
  • If you ever feel stuck, I’m always around for a quick chat. You’re never left on your own.

My Story

Hey, I’m Garima. Practice what you preach, that’s my thing. After my daughter Reyna was born, I went from 73 kg to 58 kg. Trust me, it was tough - I felt lost sometimes, but it was also super rewarding. I ate simple stuff, like paneer, dry fruits, coconut water, and loads of fruit. No crazy diets.
