About this collection

Many seniors struggle with balancing regular medications with their diet, which can lead to unwanted side effects. My approach starts with a thorough drug-nutrient interaction analysis—checking your current prescriptions against your food intake—to ensure your diet supports, not interferes with, your medical treatment.

Beyond Basic Diet Charts

I don't believe in handing out generic meal plans that look the same for everyone. For seniors, nutrition is clinical. Whether you are managing hypertension, diabetes, osteoporosis, or digestion issues, my goal is to simplify your food choices while addressing specific health markers.

My Approach to Geriatric Wellness

  • Drug-Nutrient Interaction Analysis: This is crucial. Certain foods can affect how your medication works (like blood thinners or diabetes pills). I review what you are taking and adjust your meal timing and composition to prevent complications.
  • Traditional Food Focus: We use familiar, local ingredients like Ragi, Ghee, and seasonal vegetables. If you grew up eating it, we find a way to include it. I focus on 'soft foods' that are nutrient-dense yet easy on the digestion, which is often a primary concern for my older clients.
  • Caregiver Guidance: I know that the senior is not always the one doing the cooking or buying groceries. My programs include direct communication with caregivers, ensuring the person shopping and cooking understands exactly what to buy and how to prepare it.

How We Work Together

We start with a detailed review of your blood reports and health history at my clinic in Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru, or via an online consultation. Once we identify your deficiencies and current symptoms, I create a plan that fits your life. We then monitor your progress through daily log reviews on WhatsApp. This constant feedback loop means we can make quick adjustments—if you’re feeling bloated, experiencing fatigue, or notice a spike in your sugar levels, we address it immediately rather than waiting for the next monthly appointment. Healthy aging is a journey, and my job is to make sure you have the right fuel for every step.
