Helping children and teens build healthy habits for life using real, home-cooked food instead of restrictive diets or supplements.

We had a fantastic time at our Kids Nutrition Awareness Program during National Nutrition Week. Through fun games and activities, we taught children about healthy eating, making learning about nutrition an exciting and memorable experience.

Many young women and college students struggle with menstrual issues like cramps, bloating, and PMS. These symptoms are often linked to diet and lifestyle. I offer free, practical tips to help manage these issues through better nutrition.

This video highlights the common menstrual problems faced by college students. Research shows a strong link between junk food, lack of physical activity, and severe PMS. A balanced diet with fruits, vegetables, and regular exercise can make a significant difference.

Did you know that diet can have a major impact on ADHD symptoms in children? This clip discusses a study where eliminating processed foods high in fat, sugar, and salt led to a significant improvement in 72% of children with ADD. Food truly is medicine.

Post-puberty is a crucial time for a young woman's health. I recommend five essential foods, including dry coconut (copra) and ghee, that support hormonal balance and overall well-being during this important life stage.

About this collection

I look beyond the scale. My plans for children and teens prioritize growth chart monitoring, school schedules, and exam stress, ensuring their specific nutrient needs for height, cognitive development, and hormonal balance are met using the meals your family is already cooking at home.

Growing up is complex, and the nutrition requirements for a developing teen are vastly different from an adult. Many students I work with come to me with hair fall, hormonal acne, irregular periods, or fatigue—problems that often stem from nutrient deficiencies rather than just 'bad eating.' My strategy is not about taking away everything they love. It is about understanding their school schedule, exam pressure, and what your kitchen currently offers.

I firmly believe in the 'food as medicine' philosophy. If your child struggles with PCOS, weight issues, or Type 2 diabetes, we don't just hand over a diet chart. We analyze their blood reports, look at their activity levels—whether they are athletes or students with sedentary schedules—and create a plan that fits their life. We all know that too much salt affects blood pressure, but parents are often surprised to learn how sugar and processed fats play a massive role in hormonal imbalance and blood pressure issues in children.

My program includes:

  • Lunchbox Planning: Canteen-friendly recipes that replace junk food with healthy, palatable alternatives.
  • Supplement Audit: A clinical review of any protein powders or vitamins your child is currently taking to ensure safety and necessity.
  • Growth Tracking: Mapping height and weight against age-appropriate charts to identify nutritional gaps.

Whether your child is a toddler needing growth support or a teen dealing with hormonal challenges, my goal is to teach them how to eat well without losing the joy of food. You will not find any quick-fix pills here, just science-backed, sustainable changes.
