My Journey: From Hobby to Hardcore
I didn’t start bodybuilding with big dreams. Sumne shuru madiddu (just started for fun), but the grind pulled me in. Winning Mr. India and Bharath Classic Physique was wild - adara kicke bere (the thrill is something else). That’s when I decided, nange enu sigtu, adanna bereyavarigu kodbeku (what I got, I should share). Coaching became my way to give back.

The Process: From Average to Athlete
- Contest prep coaching is our bread and butter. We build intense, structured programs with heavy lifts and proven methods.
- You’ll get hands-on help from trainers like Prashanth, Gagan, and Vinay. Real results - like a 19-year-old woman deadlifting 100kg, or an 18-year-old benching 120kg.
- Bodybuilding posing techniques matter. We teach every mandatory pose, so you own the stage.
- Nutrition is non-negotiable. We track your diet, help with supplements, and make sure you’re fueled for growth.
