Transformation isn't magic. It happens in the daily grind of consistent, heavy lifts and structured nutrition at our Kengeri gym.

Leading by example. A glimpse into my own training session, hitting back and biceps with exercises like lat pulldowns and barbell rows. I practice the same intensity I preach.
