Pushing the Limits: Our Training Method
We do not believe in shortcuts. At Dhanu’s Goldfitness, we use heavy, compound, and structured training methods designed to build real strength and results.
This is what I mean by real results. My 18-year-old client Vivek, who weighs 75 kg, successfully bench pressing 120 kg with our trainer spotting him. We build exceptional strength from a young age.
Form is everything in a heavy deadlift. Here, our coach Vinay guides his client through a 160 kg lift, ensuring his back is straight and the movement is safe and effective for building posterior chain strength.

We incorporate unconventional strength exercises to build functional power. My clients doing weighted push-ups by crawling with a heavy tractor tire on their backs, an intense full-body challenge.
When you don't have heavy enough dumbbells, you get creative. Here I am demonstrating a variation of the sumo squat using a weighted vest and holding a plate to maximize leg and glute engagement.

If you are looking for generic treadmill cardio, this is not it. We focus on heavy, compound movements like barbell rows, deadlifts, and shoulder shrugs that actually build power. When you train here, my team and I personally watch your form so you can move massive weight safely and effectively.
