Fitness isn't magic - it's about showing up, day after day. I learned this the hard way, and it’s what got me the Mr. Bangalore title back in 2012. If you’re stuck, thinking you can’t change, I’m here to prove you wrong. I’ll push you, sometimes harder than you expect, but I promise you’ll see what you’re made of.

What My Coaching Looks Like

  • No cookie-cutter stuff. I get to know your routine, your body, and what really drives you.
  • Every workout plan is made just for you. Genuinely individualized workout programs, whether you’re chasing muscle gain or weight loss transformation plan.
  • I’m a stickler for form. We’ll keep working till you nail the technique, because injuries suck and good form is everything.
  • Sessions get intense. I won’t lie, you’ll probably swear at me (under your breath, at least). But that’s how real progress happens.

My Story

We’re Aurum Fitness Club. Fitness isn’t just a gym thing for us, it’s how we live every day—whether we’re on a beach in Vietnam or chilling at home with our dogs (they keep us humble, hair everywhere!). Won Mr. Bangalore once, but honestly, it’s more about finding that sweet spot between a killer workout, good food, travel, and letting loose sometimes.
