As an instructor, I am also a lifelong student. This video from my training in Athens shows a teaser on the Cadillac. It's a challenging move that requires immense core control, spinal length, and technique, reminding me that there is always more to learn.

The Cadillac apparatus allows for incredible spine articulation. This roll-down technique helps you feel each vertebra move, engaging the shoulders, lats, and core for improved mobility and control. It's a fantastic way to connect with your spine's natural movement.

Working against the resistance of the Cadillac springs requires immense control and precision. This exercise focuses on form, core connection, and breathing, which are the foundational principles of Pilates that translate into real-world strength and stability.
