Online Pilates Classes & At-Home Fitness Workouts
Join my tribe from your living room. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to stay consistent, I teach live online Pilates classes and share techniques you can practice at home to build functional strength.
Pilates moves often look easy, but they are challenging to master because they require muscle control, balance, and breathwork. I offer online classes where I guide you through these principles, helping you build a strong mind-body connection from home.
This is a glimpse of one of our online sessions. We focus on whole-body, multi-muscle movements to make the workout effective and challenging. Here, we are using light weights to add intensity to a lunge and overhead press combination.
This is our strong and beautiful online Pilates tribe. We started during lockdown and have grown stronger together. I am so grateful for these women who join me from their homes to build core strength, stability, and a powerful sense of community.
If you have weak knees and can't do standing leg work, this side-lying series is for you. In this video, I demonstrate two simple mat Pilates moves, the side-lying leg raise and leg circles, to strengthen and tone your glutes from the comfort of your home.
This is the first move in my side-lying series for glute strengthening, perfect for an at-home workout. The key is to keep the upper body stable while lifting the leg, ensuring you are isolating the correct muscles. Good form makes every rep count.
What is not moving is as important as what is moving. This at-home exercise demonstrates how to engage the entire body, from the core to the glutes, just to move one leg. This level of muscle control is what makes Pilates so effective.
My favorite Pilates move for spine health is the shoulder bridge. This simple exercise, when done with proper articulation, strengthens the back, engages the glutes, and opens the hip flexors. You can try this at home to relieve lower back tension.
About this collection
The biggest myth about virtual fitness is that you're just following a generic, pre-recorded video. My live sessions are different—we keep cameras on so I can actually see your form, offer real-time corrections, and keep the energy high, just like we would in a physical studio.
Real-Time Guidance, Real Results
I believe fitness should adapt to your life, not the other way around. My live online Pilates sessions are designed to bring the same rigor and community energy I provide in my in-person classes right to your home.
Why join the live tribe:
- Two-Way Feedback: We don't just broadcast; we connect. I keep an eye on your alignment through your camera and provide verbal cues to ensure you're working the right muscles safely.
- Functional Training: These sessions aren't about burning out; they are about building body control. We focus on core strength, mobility, and posture, using simple props like resistance bands or rings that you can easily use at home.
- Community Support: You'll be training with others. We laugh, we work hard, and we keep each other accountable. It makes the 'doing it alone' feeling disappear instantly.
Can you do Pilates at home?
Absolutely. You don't need a massive Reformer machine to get a great workout. My mat-based routines are crafted to be effective in small spaces.
- For Beginners: No dance or gym background needed. We start with the basics to ensure your foundation is solid.
- For the Busy Professional: Classes are structured to fit into your schedule so you can get a productive, full-body movement session done before or after work.
Whether you are fixing posture issues or just want a consistent way to stay active without the commute, this is the place to start. We track progress together, and yes, we always make time to celebrate those small wins.

Hi, I'm Prajakta. I started teaching online during the lockdown and honestly, I haven't looked back because I get to train with people from all over. I’m a mom and a Pilates coach who believes in building a community, not just a following, so expect real conversations, lots of encouragement, and maybe a post-class chat about our day.
