Small Group Reformer Pilates Classes
Join our small group sessions in Kalyan Nagar, where science-backed instruction meets a supportive community. We use STOTT PILATES reformers to help you build core strength, fix posture, and move with precision.
Our group classes are dynamic and challenging. Here, clients use the reformer with the long box for exercises like 'Swan', which strengthens the entire back of the body, and squat variations to build lower body power.
In our group sessions, everyone moves with focus and authenticity. This clip shows clients working on kneeling arm exercises and core work, building upper body strength and stability in unison.
This is the Dr. Pilates experience. Our classes incorporate various props like stability discs and balls to challenge balance and deepen core engagement during reformer workouts.

About Group Reformer Classes
In our group reformer sessions, we strictly limit capacity to 4-6 people. This isn't just about keeping the room quiet; it’s so I can personally monitor your form and provide the immediate, tactile cueing you need to avoid injury and actually engage the right muscles. You get the energy of a group setting without losing the personalized attention that makes Pilates effective.
Many group classes in Bengaluru turn into a blur of rapid-fire movements, leaving you wondering if you are even doing the exercise right. My approach is different. Because of my background as a physiotherapist, these classes are built on a foundation of clinical safety and biomechanics.
Why My Group Sessions Work
- Physio-Led Cues: We do not just count reps. I break down the mechanics—anterior pelvic tilt, spinal articulation, and scapular stabilization—so you understand what your body is doing.
- Merrithew Equipment: We use top-tier STOTT PILATES reformers. They offer consistent resistance, which is vital for targeting deep stabilizing muscles, not just the large global movers.
- Small Batches: Limiting the group to 4-6 people ensures that if your back begins to arch or your shoulders shrug during a lunge, I catch it before it becomes a habit.
Is This Right for You?
If you are recovering from a specific injury or dealing with chronic pain, we start with a clinical assessment to ensure your group sessions are modified for your needs. If you are relatively injury-free but want to move better, these classes will push your endurance, flexibility, and core control.
We are located in Kalyan Nagar, above Starbucks. Whether you are a local resident or commuting for specialized reformer training, expect a session that prioritizes your anatomy over intensity. It is about building a body that works for you, not just for the hour you spend in the studio.
Dr Pilates
I’m 'Dr. Pilates'—yes, the name comes from my years as a physiotherapist. I started this studio in Kalyan Nagar because I wanted to bridge the gap between rehab and real-world fitness, helping you move safely without losing the challenge.
