Learning MMA the Right Way

What You Will Actually Do
Our classes are designed for total beginners. We focus on the building blocks of martial arts:
- Hand Wrapping: Learning how to wrap your hands properly is the first step in safety and discipline.
- Stance and Guard: We spend time getting your body mechanics right so you feel stable and balanced.
- Basic Strikes: You will learn punch and kick techniques in a controlled setting, often using focus mitts and shields to practice precision.
The Vibe at Siri Fort
We are based in the DDA Siri Fort Sports Complex, which gives us a massive, open space to move. The atmosphere here is friendly and inclusive. You will see kids practicing coordination right alongside adults learning their first combinations. Because our instructors are patient and highly experienced, you never have to worry about feeling out of place. It is just you, a supportive community, and coaches who are genuinely excited to help you get started.
