About Parkour & Freerunning
Parkour here is not just about big flips. It starts with learning how to fall safely, landing correctly, and building the strength to control your own body weight. We use high-quality crash mats and custom-built structures to make sure you can practice challenging vaults and precision jumps without worrying about concrete floors or hard impacts.
We take a step-by-step approach to freerunning. Whether you are aiming for your first precision jump or trying to link a series of vaults, our instructors focus on developing your body awareness first. It is a practical way to gain functional strength while actually having fun.
Since we are based in the DDA Siri Fort Sports Complex, we have the space to train properly. You are not dodging traffic or worrying about slippery pavement. We have designated indoor zones equipped with crash mats, sturdy railings, and vault boxes that simulate real-world obstacles in a controlled setting.
We see everyone from absolute beginners who have never jumped a day in their lives to experienced athletes looking to refine their flow. Because we share space with our climbing and aerial arts programs, the vibe is always supportive. You will see people working on calisthenics or breaking right next to you, which makes the energy infectious.
You start with the basics, such as how to roll, how to absorb impact, and how to balance. Once those foundational skills are solid, you move on to dynamic movements like wall runs and flips. Our instructors are there to guide you through every progression so you can build your confidence before trying something more advanced. It is all about long-term progress, not just showing off tricks for a camera.
