Fitness for kids should feel like play. We create engaging environments where climbing, parkour, and obstacle courses build real confidence, coordination, and strength.
Our beginner-friendly climbing classes for kids are filled with a variety of activities. We use obstacle courses, balance beams, and bar exercises to keep them engaged, moving, and having a great time.

About Kids in Motion
In our sessions, you won't see kids standing in rows. Instead, they are navigating custom obstacle courses, learning to control their bodies on our climbing walls, or trying out foundational parkour movements. It is all about teaching them to move fearlessly, whether they are five or fifteen, in an environment where failing and trying again is part of the fun.
Why We Do It
Fitness for children should be about joy and discovery, not repetitive drills. When a child learns to balance on a beam or trust their grip on a climbing hold, they aren't just working out. They are building spatial awareness, problem-solving skills, and the resilience to keep trying until they succeed.
What They Learn
Our instructors focus on functional movement. Through a blend of climbing, aerial silks, and introductory parkour, kids develop core strength and coordination without feeling like they are in a standard gym class. We keep our groups small enough that every child gets attention but big enough to maintain that high-energy, community vibe that Delhi Rock is known for.
Our Space
Training at the DDA Squash and Badminton Stadium gives us a massive, safe, and open hall. It is not a typical gym with machines, so there is plenty of room to run, jump, and climb safely under the guidance of our coaches. It is an industrial, high-ceiling space that feels alive when the kids get moving.
Practical Info for Parents
- Attire: Send them in comfortable clothes they can move and stretch in.
- Hydration: Please bring a water bottle; we have refill stations on-site.
- Safety: All activities are supervised by experienced coaches who prioritize form and safety over speed.
- Entry: We offer drop-in sessions for those who want to see how their kids take to the activities before committing to a full month.
