You don't need a dance background to start here. Our breaking sessions focus on functional movement, so you are learning foundational footwork and floor transitions that build real strength, not just choreography.
Our breaking classes are really a mix of street dance fitness and gymnastics. You will work on rhythm, core stability, and explosive power in a supportive environment. It is a brilliant way to break the monotony of a standard gym and actually move your body with purpose.

Instructors like Mohit make sure you progress safely, whether it is your first time or you are leveling up your skills. We break down the moves so you build strength and confidence in small, satisfying steps.

Everything happens at our home in the DDA Siri Fort Sports Complex. The space is open, safe, and built for movement, giving you plenty of room to practice safely.
